A man, named as Muhammad Rasoul Ahmad, from al Ushariya village which is administratively a part of Menbej city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo suburbs, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel in the village on November 14. SNHR is still trying to contact witnesses to obtain more details of the incident.
SNHR notes that the SDF has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
