Two civilians from the same family were shot dead by HTS in the vicinity of Idlib city on November 8

Two men from Idlib city, named as Waddah Abdul Karim Ghannoum and Omar Taha al Ghannoum, were shot dead by Hay’at Tahrir al Sham personnel while they were at a house in the vicinity of the city on November 8, 2020.
SNHR notes that HTS has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
