Fixed- wing warplanes which we believe were Russian fired missiles at the western outskirts of al Rami village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, injuring at least four civilians, including children, and severely destroying several houses on October 21, 2020.
SNHR notes that al Rami village is one of the areas included in a ceasefire agreement reached following consultations between the Turkish and Russian presidents, which came into effect on March 6, 2020. Despite this agreement, the Syrian regime forces and their allies have not stopped attacks on the area, resulting in further displacement amid the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
