An 18-year-old man from Raqqa city, named as Mus’ab Ibrahim Muhammad al Tayyar, was killed in the city on September 22, 2020, by stray gunfire of unknown origin.
SNHR has been unable to identify the party responsible for the killing up to the time of writing, with the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity.
