A child named as Taymour Nebras Hamzah died due to wounds sustained in a random shooting by members of Syrian regime forces when they fired at a car carrying him and his mother in Salkhad city in the southern suburbs of Suwayda governorate on September 23, 2020.
SNHR notes that the Syrian regime forces have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
