A man from Raqqa city, named as Ismail al Jarjab, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel in Hawija Arran village which is administratively a part of Ein Eisa city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate on July 22, 2020.
SNHR notes that Syrian Democratic Forces have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
