A five-year-old girl named as Raweyah Fawaz al Yasin Abu Nabbout was shot dead on July 4 , 2020, by a stray bullet of unknown origin in the Tareeq al Sadd neighborhood in Daraa city. SNHR has been unable to identify the party responsible for the girl’s death up to the time of writing. Although the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity, the Syrian regime forces have not launched any investigation which increases the suspicion of their involvement in the boy’s death.
