Muhammad Saleh al Ali from al Shaddadi city in the southern suburbs of Hasaka governorate was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel during a protest took place in the city on June 4.
The SDF has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing and the perpetrator must be held accountable.
