13-year- old child, Amer Hamoud al Rajab al Atiyah, from Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel during a raid on a water crossing in the town on May 29, 2020.
The SDF has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing and the perpetrator must be held accountable.
