Two passers-by, Muhammad Steif and the 14- year- old child Ali Ammar Qais were shot dead during clashes between two armed groups which are affiliated with the Syrian National Army in Sejjo village in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on May 23, 2020. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the responsible party, while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrators’ identity.
