Muhammad Owdeh al Khaled al A’ddad was from al Shabakha neighborhood in al Sh-ehil city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate. SNHR’s has recorded that he was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel during a raid in the neighborhood on May 22, 2020.
The SDF has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing and the perpetrator must be held accountable.
