SNHR: Two civilians were killed when a motorcycle bomb of so-far unidentified origin exploded in Shlah village, administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on May 13, 2020. SNHR is still trying to contact witnesses and survivors to obtain more details of the incident.
