SNHR: on May 12, members of Syrian National Army arrested four civilians from Deir Ballout village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, and took them to an undisclosed location. 

SNHR notes that their families were not informed on their arrests and their phones were taken preventing them to contact with their families. SNHR is afraid that they will be exposed to torture and become forced to disappeared persons like 85 percent of the detainees. 

SNHR assures about 3,045 Syrian citizens are still detained in detention centers of faction of the armed opposition which constitutes a real threat on their fates within the spread of novel coronavirus.
