SNHR: on May 11, members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham arrested three civilians, including a woman, in Maram IDPs Camp located in west of Sarmada city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate and took them to an undisclosed location. The detainees are from Khafsin village in the northern suburbs of Hama governorate.

SNHR notes that their families were not informed on their arrests and their phones were taken preventing them to contact with their families. SNHR is afraid that they will be exposed to torture and become forced to disappeared persons like 85 percent of the detainees. 

SNHR assures about 2,060 Syrian citizens are still detained in detention centers of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham which constitutes a real threat on their fates within the spread of novel coronavirus.
