SNHR: the release of 25 detainees from Syrian regime forces’ detention centers in Damascus city, between May 1 and May 11, 2020, most of whom serve their sentences and spent an average of three to four years in detention centers amid extremely bad conditions where they were subjected to torture practices within a lack of health and medical care in addition to overcrowding in detention centers. SNHR is concerned about their psychological and physical health.
