Samir Mestarih, from al Ya’qoubiya village which is administratively a part of Jisr al Shoghour city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, works at maintenance of agricultural vehicles, was kidnapped on May 7, 2020, by unknown gunmen in al Ya’qoubiya village in his way to workplace, and was taken to an undisclosed location. SNHR is unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing while the area is controlled by Hay’at Tahrir al Sham.
