The girl Lama Ahmad Mustafa Qteish, IDP from Ma’ar Zita village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was shot dead by an unknown- source stray bullet while she was inside a tent along with her family in Muzn IDPs Camp in Kelli village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on May 4, 2020. Yet, SNHR tries to contact witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
