The child Muhammad Saleh al Hasan and Hamad Muhammad al Hamad, born in 2006 and 1981 respectively, from al Jarthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, were shot dead by unknown gunmen in the public road in al She-heil city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, on April 23, 2020. Yet, SNHR try to contact with witnesses for more details on the incident.
