We note that the Syrian regime declare that the COVID-19 death toll raise to three persons, on April 20, 2020. Yet, the Syria regime has not taken a real action to stop the overcrowding of citizens and abide them to use masks which is a is a blatant violation of precautionary measures of disease prevention. SNHR emphasis that it is impossible for the regime responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of Syrians and displacing about 12 million persons, between IDPs and refugees to care about Syrian people.
