Suhail Taj al Din al Hamoud, from Ma’ar Shoreen village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate. On April 18, 2020, families found his corpse with signs of gunshots between the villages of Tal Hussein and al Fairouziya which are administratively a part of Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate. The area is controlled by the Syrian National Army at the time of the incident while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
