SNHR: on April 5, 2020, two successive explosions of unknown kind took place in a house in al Kastan village in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, resulting in the death of the elderly Ahmad Abdou al Sousi and the injury of at least 15 civilians, including children and women and three members of Civil defense. Yet, SNHR try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
