Radwan Razq Srour, a dissident conscript from Syrian regime forces, from al Sheikh Maskin city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested on October 28, 2018, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on al Sheikh Maskin city, and was tortured to death. On April 1, 2020, his corpse was handed over to his family with signs of torture. We note that Radwan was among people agreed on a settlement earlier.
