The child Muhammad Mar’i Enad, aged 14, his decapitated corpse was found by families in al Zebdiya neighborhood in Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on March 28, 2020. The city in under the control of the Syrian National Army while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
