SNHR: unknowns exploded al Kafeir Bridge, located on Aleppo- Latakia International Road and known as M4 International Road near al Kafeir village in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, using mines and IEDs, partially destroying the bridge, on March 25, 2020. SNHR still try to contact with witnesses for more details on the incident.
