The lawyer Muhammad Saeed al Ragheb, the president of “Free” bar association in al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, died at the evening of March 23, 2020, due to wounds sustained on the dawn of the same day, in the explosion of an unknown- source IED placed inside a car in front of his house in al Bab city.
