SNHR: at least two civilians were killed and about 20 others were injured in the explosion of unknown source and kind took place at al Kabir circle in Dawwar al Hariri area in Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on March 19, 2020. SNHR still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
