SNHR: four members of “Free” police were killed in the explosion of an unknown-source car bomb near a checkpoint of “Free” police in Tal Halaf which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on March 12, 2020. SNHR still try to contact witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
