Saif Qasem, from Sarmada city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was killed on March 14, 2020, by a stray bullet in a clash between members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and unknown- gunmen at a checkpoint of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in Sarmada city. We are unable to identify the responsible party of Saif’s death as of this writing.
