Juwan Jamil Ibesh, from Kafr Janna village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, was arrested on March 10, 2020, by gunmen of faction of the armed opposition as he was passing a checkpoint in Afrin city and was taken to an undisclosed location.
