Muhammad Fadi al Hafyan and Abdou Abu Fayyad were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on their place near a military site of a faction of the armed opposition in al Fou’a city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on March 2, 2020.
