Hamza al Haj Hamdou and his children Rimas and Shahem are of victims of the massacre took place in Idlib city due to the explosion of an unknown kind and source- as of this writing- in front of unequipped building sheltering IDPs in al Thalathin Street in the city, on March 3, 2020.
