Ahmad Musa al Hashloum, born in 1985, head of administrative board of Inmaa Humanitarian organization, from Raqqa city, was arrested on February 29, 2020, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his office al Karama village in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate and was taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Ahmad had been arrested before by Syrian Democratic forces on August 17,2019, then released on October 29, 2019.
