Mustafa Halabiyeh and Mahmoud Halabiyeh, members of Civil Defense from Ariha city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, were injured in a shelling by Syrian regime forces’ missile launcher near a car of Civil Defense carrying them in Ariha city while they were turning from a site of previous bombing by Syrian- Russian alliance forces on the city, on February 27, 2020.
