SNHR documented the deaths of 297 civilians, including 85 children and 39 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria between January 12, 2020, and February 26, 2020, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 126 civilians, including 29 children and ten women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 103 civilians, including 24 children and eight women.
- Aleppo governorate: 23 civilians, including five children and two women.
– Russian forces: 171 civilians, including 56 children and 29 women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 72 civilians, including 16 children and 14 women.
- Aleppo governorate: 99 civilians, including 40 children and 15 women.
