SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on five vital facilities (Idlib Central Hospital- known as al Muhafaza Hospital-, the industrial area, al Hal Market, the local council building and the hall town building) in Idlib city, resulting in various degrees of damage to the facilities’ buildings, on February 25, 2020, We note that the city was subjected to ground attacks in some of which cluster munitions were used by the same forces at the same day, resulting in damages to other vital facilities in the city.
