SNHR: Syrian regime forces fired heavy artillery shells in parallel with missiles loaded with cluster munitions on three schools* and one kindergarten (al Baraem School- known as al Thawra School-, Khaled Sha’ar School, al Hurriya School and al Manahel Kindergarten) in Idlib city, resulting in casualties and partially damaging the schools’ and kindergarten’s buildings, on February 25, 2020.
* According to what we had received, we published earlier that three schools and one kindergarten in Idlib city were damaged as Syrian regime forces fired artillery shells in parallel with missiles loaded with cluster munitions. But, after follow- up investigation we find that the number of schools are four in addition to the kindergarten. Accordingly, the news was edited on March 9, 2020.
