SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on an ambulance of Central Emergency System of “Free” Idlib Health directorate in outskirts of Qmainas village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, damaging the it. As a result, the ambulance went out of service, on February 20, 2020.
