SNHR documented the deaths of 258 civilians, including 79 children and 33 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria between January 12, 2020, and February 17, 2020, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 101 civilians, including 26 children and seven women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 80 civilians, including 21 children and five women.
- Aleppo governorate: 21 civilians, including five children and two women.
– Russian forces 157 civilians, including 53 children and 26 women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 61 civilians, including 14 children and 12 women.
- Aleppo governorate: 96 civilians, including 39 children and 14 women.
