Abdul Rahman Majed Helal, Obaidah Khaled Helal and Muhammad Raed Haj Asaad, paramedics from Idlib governorate, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on an ambulance of “Free” Idlib Health directorate while they were passing near Qmainas crossing road in al Kurneish al Sharqi area in the eastern outskirts of Idlib city, on February 6, 2020.
