The media activist Amjad Aktalati, worked for several media outlets, from Idlib city, was killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Dawwar al Dalleh area in Ariha city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on February 4, 2020. We note that Amjad was killed at the same site of the civilian Fadi Rahhal in which their corpses were pulled out from under the rubble by Civil Defense team on February 5, 2020, after more than one day of search operations.
