SNHR documented the deaths of 155 civilians, including 49 children and 24 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria between January 12, 2020 and February 4, 2020, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 57 civilians, including ten children and six women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 54 civilians, including nine children and five women.
- Aleppo governorate: three civilians, including one child and one woman.
– Russian forces: 98 civilians, including 39 children and 18 women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 41 civilians, including 13 children and eight women.
- Aleppo governorate: 57 civilians, including 26 children and ten women.
