The child Muhammad Fedaa Hasan Agha, aged two, one of victims of massacre took place as in a bombing by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian on a residential building in south of Sarmin city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, on February 2, 2020. We note that the child’s mother, sister and a number of his family were among the massacre’s victims.
