Mahmoud Bassam Fawaz al Dandal, from al Mayadeen city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate. Families found his corpse with signs of torture and gunshots near the northern entrance of Hasaka city, on January 30, 2020. We note that the area in under the control of Syrian Democratic forces and we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
