SNHR documented the deaths of 118 civilians, including 39 children and 14 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria between January 12, 2020 and January 30, 2020, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 46 civilians, including nine children and four women, distributed as follows:

  • Idlib governorate: 43 civilians, including eight children and three women
  • Aleppo governorate: three civilians, including one child and one woman

– Russian forces: 72 civilians, including 30 children and ten women, distributed as follows:

  • Idlib governorate: 32 civilians, including nine children and four women
  • Aleppo governorate: 40 civilians, including 21 children and six woman
