SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired a missile on Mazra’et Khan al Sebel School in the southern outskirts of Khan al Sebel village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and fence and severely damaging its furniture, on January 23, 2020.
