Ali Tamer al Sheikh, a former chief of the local council of Souran town in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, his corpse was found with signs of gunshots by the families on al Sheikh Reeh road located in east of Izaz city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on January 23, 2020. We note that Ali was kidnapped by unknown gunmen hours before the corpse was found. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
