SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on east of Ariha city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, while a Civil Defense team was checking the site of previous bombing on the city, burning a Civil Defense ambulance and damaging it severely. As a result, the ambulance went out of service, on January 23, 2020.
