Abdou Helal al Halabi, a college student at faculty of Medicine, from Ram Hamdan village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, aged 23, was killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Reef al Muhandesin al Awwal area in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on January 18, 2020.
