SNHR documented the deaths of 28 civilians, including seven children, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria since the truce, which was declared between Russia and Turkey, went into force at 12:00 am of January 12, 2020, to the mid-day of January 17, 2020, distributed as follows:
Syrian regime forces: 26 civilians, including five children, all were killed in Idlib governorate.
Russian forces: two children all were killed in Aleppo governorate.
