Ahmad Muhammad Fares al Ali, a member of civil police affiliated with the Syrian National Army, from Kaljebrin village in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, his corpse was found with signs of gunshots on January 15, 2020, in Ma’batli county which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate. We note that Ahmad disappeared few days ago. The area is under the control of factions of armed opposition while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
